- Material Integrity: Any peeling, fading, or tarnishing of the plating (for items with coloured finishes) within the 1-year period will be repaired or replaced.
What is Not Covered:
- Accidental Damage: Our warranty does not cover jewellery that has been damaged due to accidental or improper use, such as dropping, scratching, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear, such as slight fading from frequent use, exposure to water, or chemicals, is not covered.
- Loss or Theft: We do not cover the loss, theft, or disappearance of jewellery.
How to Claim the Warranty:

- Evaluation: We will evaluate the issue and determine whether it falls under the warranty coverage.
