If you buy a Sencie item and it has a problem you can claim it within 14 Days, you have a 1 Year color warranty from the day you bought it. This warranty doesn’t cover damage from normal use, or if the item gets damaged because it was dropped or hit hard. If you get a faulty item, you need to tell us within 14 days by emailing us at Shopsencie@gmail.com.

What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover

• Regular wear and tear (like scratches)
• Damage from not handling the item properly, not taking care of it, or accidents (like knocks, dents, crushing, broken stones, etc.)
• If someone who isn’t authorized by us handles the Sencie items (like for adjusting the size, servicing, or repairs).
